William S. Brodak
Honesty, integrity, and personal service are hallmarks of Mr. Brodak’s practice. As your attorney, he will be your trusted advisor and provide competent legal advice for the situations you face, with outstanding personal service at every step. Mr. Brodak’s clients include singles and married couples, seniors and their children, registered domestic partners and their loved ones, including pets. Depending on the situation, Mr. Brodak will perform “bed-side” or in home document signings for those clients who are unable to travel.
Mr. Brodak frequently speaks on the topics of long-term care planning, estate planning, and preserving public benefits through Special Needs Trusts. Many of Mr. Brodak’s clients with special needs children or disabled adults come from other attorneys who do not practice in the confusing and specialized area of public benefits planning.

Mr. Brodak volunteers his legal services at the Oasis Senior Center in Corona del Mar, CA by meeting with members of the senior community to provide brief consultations in an attempt to resolve estate planning issues or provide guidance on how best to address the situations presented. He is also a member of the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County’s speaker and presentation panel, and a reference for the Caregiver Resource Center to provide client consultations.
For more than twenty years, Mr. Brodak has been a member of the Orange County Bar Association and is presently a member of its Trusts and Estate section and the Elder Law and Special Needs section. He has also been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (www.NAELA.org) since 1999 and a subscriber to the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform’s (CANHR’s) Legal Information Network.
Mr. Brodak has resided in Orange County since 1997 and enjoys beach and sporting activities.
